  • DK yarn (approximate amounts per animal):
    • Zebra: White 40 g, Black 35 g, Pink scrap (nostrils)
    • Giraffe: Yellow 45 g, Brown 25 g, White 15 g
    • Lion: Golden yellow 45 g, Brown 40 g, White 20 g
  • Crochet hook: 2.5–3.0 mm
  • Safety eyes (8–10 mm)
  • Fiberfill stuffing

Head

Snout

White: MR, 6 → inc to 9 → 2 rnds even. FO, flatten and attach to top sides.

Mane

Cut 1–1.5 cm black strands. Attach along crown to mid-neck with latch-hook method. Keep upright and short.

Cut 90–110 strands, 5–6 cm each. Latch-hook around head and neck seam. Brush/fluff for density.

Ears (x2, yellow)

Body

Same as giraffe base, but in golden yellow. [24 sts wide].
Optional: add 2–3 brown embroidery stitches on back.

Switch to yellow: 5 rnds. FO. Sew firmly.

Tail
