Round 2: inc in each st (12)
Round 3: (1 sc, inc) x6 (18)
Round 4: (2 sc, inc) x6 (24)

Round 8: (6 sc, inc) x6 (48)
Rounds 9–18: sc around (48)

Change to stripe sequence.

🧦 Foot (Stripe Pattern)

Follow a stripe rotation like this:

  • 3 rounds Pink

  • 2 rounds White

  • 3 rounds Blue

  • 2 rounds Yellow
Repeat in any order you like for a bold stripe look.

Rounds 19–40: sc around (adjust length to end ~1.5″ before heel bend)

Place stitch marker at start of round (top center of foot).

🧷 Heel (Short Row Style)

Switch to Blue.

Heel Setup:

  • Work on 24 stitches (half the round)

  • Leave remaining 24 unworked for instep

Row 1 (RS): sc 24, ch 1, turn
Row 2: sc 23, leave last st unworked, ch 1, turn
Row 3: sc 22, ch 1, turn
Continue in this way, decreasing 1 st each row until 10 sts remain.

Now increase back out:

Next Row: sc 11 (include 1 more), ch 1, turn
Next Row: sc 12, ch 1, turn
Continue until 24 sts again.

Rejoin with main round and continue crocheting in rounds.

🧵 Leg

Rounds 41–70: Continue working sc in the round, alternating stripe colors every 2–3 rounds. Adjust for desired height.

📎 Cuff

Switch to Blue for ribbed cuff.

Round 71: sc around in BLO
Rounds 72–78: Repeat sc BLO to form stretchable ribbed cuff
Fasten off and weave in all ends.

🎉 Finishing

  • Weave in ends securely

  • Block gently for shape

  • Make second sock to match!

💡 Customization Tips

  • Wider foot: Increase to 54–60 sts at toe

  • Taller cuff: Add more sc BLO rounds

  • Add sole grip: Sew fabric dots or puff paint

✨ And there you have it — your very own pair of cozy, colorful crochet socks! 🧦💛 Whether you’re gifting them or keeping them for yourself, these striped beauties are sure to keep your toes happy.
