Make two identical circles.
Place petals between the two circles in a radial layout and sew everything together.

🧵 Assembly

  1. Sew the top oval patch.

  2. Add the single cloud appliqué to the right front.

  3. Slip-stitch 5 vertical white lines down the balloon.

  4. Attach the 4 cords between balloon neck and heart.

  5. Add hanging loop on the very top of the balloon.

  6. Arrange decorative puff flowers around your installation if desired.
